2024 Vendors

All food vendors must be licensed businesses covered by the required business liability insurance identified in the application instructions. Food businesses must complete all applicable certifying applications including the Mobile Market Retail Food Establishment Application with the Burlington County Health Department.

Evesham Township reserves the right to remove vendors if there is a violation of the regulations or personal conduct that interferes with the health or welfare of themselves or others. Should this occur, no refunds will be given. No refunds or make-up dates will be given in the event of cancellation due to severe weather, mechanical failures, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
